The driver’s minimum age is specified in the rental agreement for each vehicle. Different car models have their own age restrictions. If you are under 24 years old, you will be required to pay for the “young driver” service.
You can use credit and debit cards such as VISA and MasterCard. A card owned by the driver will be required at the time of receiving the car.
You can go to my account page when you are logged in and fill in the form in the dashboard section. There with your order id that you can find in the confirmation e-mail you can request whatever change you want to make in your reservation and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You must have your driver’s license, a credit card and your confirmation e-mail.
A staff member of our company will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall holding a card bearing your name.
